RETURNS
We offer returns within 10 days of your package being delivered. Please note that at this time, we do not offer free returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We advise you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns about the products received before initiating a return, in the event that we can help mitigate any issues or concerns. Please email us at info@shopfourpawsinn.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged by your pet (i.e chewed, ripped or soiled) or due to misuse (used outside the products intended use, washed incorrectly) or changes in product due to wear and tear will not be considered defective. Food (i.e dog treats, supplements, vitamins) are not accepted for return.
Please note that no dog toy is indestructible. We do not offer refunds on toys that have been damaged after play.
If your item is damaged in a way we can consider defective, we will consider replacement once we receive the item back.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will contact you via email to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@shopfourpawsinn.com.
